I can’t say enough about my experience with Lisa at Island Time Spa. I went in with deep thigh pain and have had no luck getting any relief. Well Lisa got it done much to my surprise I walked out pain free. I like to run and couldn’t previous to my visit to the spa in fact I doubted I’d ever get back to being able to run again. After my visit I am very encouraged and look forward to trying it again now that I have Lisa in my back pocket! Lisa and Bob run a class operation only interested in helping those who pay the spa a visit. I highly recommend giving Island Time a try you have nothing to loose and lots to gain.

Since the pandemic, self care has taken the back seat in my life, so today felt like a dream. Lisa is absolutely delightful, and while I generally keep to myself, I found myself giggling and chatting through my 90 minute massage. Hours after, I still feel relaxed and the pain that brought me in to see her is almost completely gone. Both she and her husband are the type of people that you can only wish the best for.
